French Music for the Saxophone

The music of France has been an integral part of the life of the saxophone since the first piece was written for the instrument. Ms. Walsh will present both historic French repertoire originally written for the saxophone and charming arrangements for saxophone and piano which have become welcome additions. The program will include works by Debussy, Ravel, Fauré and Maurice.
